I assume you guys are talking about the Toolbar fonts.
I've used Opera since 5.x and I'm pretty sure there is no
Anti-Alias option.
The Font options are located under:
Tools->Preferences->Advanced
On the Left side you'll see a Font Option that allows you to set all
the different fonts.
