Hello,

We have one of our server that core dumps when we are trying to use portversion

ns2# portversion -l "<"
[Updating the pkgdb <format:bdb1_btree> in /var/db/pkg ... - 168 packages found (-1 +1) (...). done] [Failed `Inappropriate file type or format'] [Updating the portsdb <format:bdb1_btree> in /usr/ports ... - 13568 port entries found .........1000.........2000...[BUG] Segmentation fault
ruby 1.8.2 (2004-12-25) [i386-freebsd5]

Abort (core dumped)

So far I have :

- de-install and re-install ruby.
- de-install and re-install portupgrade.

Nothing has changed...

Our system is FreeBSD 5.2.1

Do you have any clue regarding the way we can solve this issue ??

Thanks
