I made copies of /etc/passwd and /etc/master.passwd, then I ran the two
commands above and now it all seems to work fine!!!
The abcdef user is now properly identified again. :)
Great! Now, just for your information, /etc/passwd is generated
from /etc/master.passwd by the last command so you didn't need to
copy it.
