No, just postfix:
/etc/rc.conf

sendmail_enable="NO"
sendmail_submit_enable="NO"
sendmail_outbound_enable="NO"
sendmail_msp_queue_enable="NO"

and ls -l /usr/local/etc/rc.d/postfix.sh

lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  23 Dec  4 20:41
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/postfix.sh -> /usr/local/sbin/postfix

ps aux | grep sendmail returns nothing

ps aux | grep postfix returns:

root      613  0.0  1.2  3404  2344  ??  Ss    6:03PM   0:00.08
/usr/local/libexec/postfix/master
postfix   618  0.0  1.2  3424  2328  ??  S     6:03PM   0:00.03 pickup
-l -t fifo -u
postfix   619  0.0  1.3  3480  2408  ??  I     6:03PM   0:00.03 qmgr
-l -t fifo -u

root is the owner, since I reloaded it as root. Just doing testing.
