Having a quick glance over those links, there seems to be no such file, only gtk2-2.4.14-4.fc3.3.i386.rpm (note the 3, afaik that's indeed the way Fedora name their RPMs). I'm not sure if there used to be such a file named as above, or this is just a type or oversight from the port maintainer...
