If the other fine suggestions given by the others on this list do not solve the problem, a couple other suggestions come to mind. Redownloading and reburning the CD would be the first suggestion. If the CD does not boot correctly, does diskettes (if you computer still as one of course)? The next suggestion is to get a list of components from the install of the other OSes that work.
