I always end up with two copies of the same message. Unless the individual specifically requests to be Cc'd, I never utilize it. Besides, how hard is it to subscribe to a list, post your question and hopefully receive a satisfactory response and then terminate your association with the list if you are so inclined. I joined the 'Apache' forum just to get one simple answer, then exited. Not a big deal at all.
