Try shutting squid down manually from a shell prompt, then switch to another window/vty and take a look at /usr/local/squid/logs/cache.log . My guess is it's waiting for an active client connection to exit. The default for shutdown_lifetime in squid.conf is 30 seconds. I set it to 5 on my systems. -- Dan Nelson [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ freebsd-questions@freebsd.org mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
