cvsup failed

when i use cvsup to update port tree, it always refused by server, like
this:
 
Connecting to cvsup.freebsdchina.org
Cannot connect to cvsup.freebsdchina.org: connection refused
...
 
i have change many cvsup server , all of then result in then same,
 
what should i do?
