kernel: ar1: disk0 READY (master) using ad10 at ata5-master

Thanks for the responses,

FreeBSD creates dev's on boot. It is seeing now two arrays as the disks are saying they are array disks, and the controller has the array as broken.

Check the Promise BIOS to see if it reports one disk as bad, or it may just need to rebuild the array.
