Unable install FreeBSD7 on IBM BladeCenter HS21

Hello!  
 I have problem in installation FreeBSD on the blade. After the beginning of 
copying of files there is an error:  
  
  /: write failed, filesystem is full  
  
Disk  
In what problem?
