It appears that either it will be a)a sham, b)run by a 15 year old, c)both. Before you continue on this "venture", you need to do a LOT of work...like registering the name legitimately, and hosting your own DNS. I realize you bought the name only about 8 days ago, but you should have at LEAST registered it with a correct mailing address. When I was starting an ISP about 6 years ago, I learned the first thing you need to build is not a data center, but credibility in the community. You have the right idea about asking a large and intelligent group of people for opinions, but you should have done some more basic stuff first, like not sending the email from "ph33r mp3s", or a Hotmail account.
