You're quite right, of course. It's a huge job, and I'm not sure I can do it; just picked up the latest chapter.sgml for another look. I know I should STFU or fix it, but I can't help at least warning people who, unless they're at least familiar with ipfw(8), are going to be either put off or - in my view - misled or confused. I'll see if I can't come up with at least some updates and corrections.
