Hi!

The current version of databases/py-sqlite3 is 2.6.6_1 (python version 2.6.6) - therefore I suggest you update your ports tree and your ports. See http://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/ports-using.html for more information on how to do that if you have not done that before.

If the problem still occurs afterward you should file a problem report. ( http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html )
