I see it here, but it's not so much a flicker at least as I would describe it.  
If you hover your mouse over a character it appears to add at least 1 px width 
to the character, and only
on certain characters, "m" or "M" for example.

On mine, it's characters that are near but not under the mouse pointer that flicker off and on quickly. Move the mouse in a circle and random characters all over the screen blink quickly off and then on.
