single user login

       I haven't used my  FreeBSD  system/account for some time and I 
forgot its password.  I know that there is a way to login as a single 
root user without a password, but I don't remember how to do it.  I 
tried a quick look at the Handbook, but I couldn't find anything about 
it there.  Please send me the directions for doing so.
