Actually, the virtualbox-ose port will install an ISO mountable by guests
that includes the Windows, Linux, and Solaris guest additions, but only if
you selected the GUESTADDITIONS configure option while building the port. 
The file is installed at
/usr/local/lib/virtualbox/additions/VBoxGuestAdditions.iso
