I don't think this is possible first due to licensing restrictions, and I also assume there is no PS3 emulator available in The Ports Collection. But check it out yourself. So even if a way of PS3 emulation existed, I'm not sure you're legally allowed to run PS3 games outside of a real Sony PS3.
