pkg_add and 9.1 Release

Is this command being phased out? pkg_add -r uses a default environment of 
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/amd64/packages-9.1-release/Latest/

This path does not exist on ftp.freebsd.org.
