Try something like :

In /boot/device.hints

hint.hdaa.4.nid31.config="as=1 seq=0" # or seq=1 if does not work
hint.hdaa.4.nid25.config="as=1 seq=15"

Also don't forget to add hw.snd.default_unit=4 in your /etc/sysctl.conf
