hi all i have a production server running freebsd4.8-RELEASE/apache1.3.27-modssl/mod_php4
i would like to recompile php4 for gdlib support. i'd also like to upgrade apache to 1.3.28. i'd like to have minimal downtime if possible. i was thinking the easiest way of doing this was to stop apache backup httpd.conf and php.ini-dist portupgrade -rR apache13-modssl make deinstall /usr/ports/lang/php4, make install clean /usr/ports/lang/php4 with gdlib support restart apache i just wanted to run this past the list in case i'm missing something above, or if anyone can suggest a more efficient way of accomplishing this thanks redmond
