I seriously doubt that this is a FreeBSD or Windows problem but I rather think it's something with the graphic card. Not with the hardware but with the configuration. Maybe you want to check the settings for 'HorizSync' and 'VertRefresh' in the monitor section in your XFree config file. As an alternative you could also just adjust Windows' settings, I think the only important thing is that the settings are the same.
I use a TFT display and I never tested what I suggested. I'm lazy so I just hit the 'Automatic Adjustment'-button on the display ;-)

Hi, Questionaries!! :-)
Need help:
I have two Os-es on one PC: Win & FreeBSD,
in Win picture at resolution 1280x1024 is placed (by my hand's configure) in proper position (I mean each corner on my CRT monitor). Then -- in FreeBSD I see that in such resolution (and this configuration of monitor) the picture has moved to the right... I'm in doubghts what I _can_ do to solve this problem -- Is there any config tool to ``move'' the picture on the monitor?
