Don't do that on 4.X. /usr/lib/libgmp.so and /usr/lib/libgmp.so.3 need to exist on 4.X. See above, I assumed this was -CURRENT upgraded from -STABLE. In that case, you can remove those files. However, since you're on 4.X, put them back.
