One thing that should work is if you put a: CONFIGURE_ARGS= right after the last CONFIGURE_ARGS+= in the Makefile ... the ARGS+= adds arguments, but if you say ARGS=, it will wipe out the previous settings and force it "your way" ... The thing is, there are alot of other defines in the Makefile that may/maynot be what you want, so just CONFIGURE_ARGS doesn't quite do it :( ---- Marc G.
