Thanks Remko. That would explain why portupgrade thinks its downgrading. The funny thing is that "portupgrade icc" before produced the message: Go to Intel Premier Support ... obtain l_cc_pc_8.0.058.tar.gz l_cc_pc_8.0.058_pe061.tar.gz ...
