I was wondering if there were any plans to support the PCI-X bus in FreeBSD. The hardware release notes for both 4.9 and 5.2.1 only mention PCI. I know that all PCI-X slots support standard PCI cards, but I'm interested in the performance boost that PCI-X gives.
