Probably not. The details posted in my message were the changes that I made on my workstation at work to enable mail sending. I'm using several different features of Sendmail that a vanilla setup probably doesn't need though, i.e. - the custom mailertable entry for accessing my company's internal mail server through our VPN connection - the ability to alter the envelope-from address - masquerading as @company.com (actually, this can be more useful than it looks at first) All these are features that I don't *HAVE* to enable just to be able to send outgoing mail. They're just convenient tricks that I thought you might find useful :) _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
