I use MediaWiki on http://freebsdwiki.org/ FreeBSD-specific instructions are here: http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Running_MediaWiki_on_FreeBSD Almost all the requirements, including Apache, PHP and MySQL, work fine from ports.
