There isn't a program that does this for you, without having to remove the contence. (Somebody will correct me if i'm wrong.) 1. You have to copy the contence to another dir. 2. Then umount mount the section 3. Remove the directory and create a link. (because this is usr) 4. Delete the partition and create a smaller one. With a diffent dir. 5. Copy the contence back. 6.
