Not that I know, but I would be interested to know if it is possible. Does the process (port build for example) still run? I use 'screen' (it's in ports: misc/screen) nowadays to work around the problems when a connection is dropped and I'm very happy with it: http://www.gnu.org/software/screen/ . I'm using it right now to do a buildworld in a KDE session; if KDE or X would crash, the buildworld does not stop and I can simply reconnect :-).
