Yes, you have something like this in your tinydns data file:
.frasa.net:80.69.78.171:ns1.frasa.net:3600
.frasa.net:80.69.78.172:ns2.frasa.net:3600

If you change the 3600 into a higher number , like 172800 you will
have the same TTL as the GTLD-SERVERS.net servers ;)
