It was causing a looping problem in portmanager, but I will make a 
change to run pkg_delete instead of "make clean" because this is likely
to happen again in another port I suppose.

It is'nt going backward, Michael Johnson just told me about
using pkg_version -t 0.9 0.10 to test it.
