Afaik, no, sorry. FreeBSD can act as an appletalk file server (by using the netatalk port and the appletalk kernel extension), but it is not able to mount remote filesystems via appletalk. Mac OS X and Darwin can do so; thus I think, Darwin wood be a good choice for you.
