general hardware question -- compatibility issues various P3

I need to pickup a dual processor P3 machine to run FreeBSD on and I would like to check quickly please if any of the following have known compatabiliy issues with either 4.x or 5.x FreeBSD:

Compaq DL 380 Gen. 2
Dell 2450/2550
HP LP 2000r

Most likely it is one of the first two (that list is in preference depending on deal).
