Nope, nothing happening with the tape drive at all when this happens.

Re: mention of overclocking. If someone would like to explain what effect
overclocking could have on load reporting, I'd love to know. This
happened before I started overclocking.
Also: I don't run seti@home or anything cpu intensive in the background.
