Actually that patch won't suffice according to the change that added the bug: r288829 | ian | 2015-10-05 10:45:13 -0700 (Mon, 05 Oct 2015) | 13 lines The latest version of lex requires the latest m4 to build, add a dependency when running the build-tools stage.
