or if you are on iinet/internode (TPG?)
there is http://ftp.iinet.net.au/pub/FreeBSD/releases/ISO-IMAGES/10.4/
with the advantage of being unmetered if you are on inet/internode
but you can still get it even from outside.
we should maybe ask them if we can add them to the mirrors list
