bind 8.2.4-REL in 4.5-RC1 is safe enough ?

  Bind in 4.5-RC1 is 8.2.4-REL. Is there any reason that is not
8.2.5-REL, 8.3.0, nor 9.2.0.

  The recommended versions in http://www.isc.org/ are 8.3.0 for
bind8 or 9.2.0 for bind9.
