ndisgen fails for me on 6.1-RC1 and 6.1-RC2.
Any ideas?

ndisgen wasn't broken, wpa_supplicant was broken as it didn't
recognize the ndis interfaces. The fix has since been applied to
-CURRENT and MFC'd to the RELENG_6 and RELENG_6_1 branches.
