Immediately after the error occurs, what are the contents
of /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/cvs/contrib/Makefile
and /usr/src/contrib/cvs/contrib/Makefile ? (specifically what is around
line 15?)
Well, in 'Makefile.in' (there is no 'Makefile') line 15 is:
@SET_MAKE@
Should I try commenting it out or replacing it with something? Would that
be pretty risky?
