Yes, I wasn't implying the problem was with a change to /etc/crontab. I checked daily/999.local and it hasn't been touched in years, too. A (very!) wild guess would be that it has to do with the *env() changes done to the shell. Or were they not merged in time for 6.3-RELEASE?
