Hi,

This just means the device is not returning data like it should and the USB stack detects that and tries to restart.

Try running webcamd in the foreground, and see if there are any errors output there aswell. Like request for firmware.

Peek at "ps auxw | grep webcamd" for arguments (remove -B argument).
