It might be hard to tell which mmio space is bad for other PCI devices and how
big the size it could be after user changes it according to the link. It could
be always fixed at 0xf8000000 or starting from the beginning of the mmio space
under 4GB. Unfortunately we don't have a good test environment to verify. 

For the time being I think we can temporarily accept this fixed address and
size after it has been verified in Dmitry's env. We can change it later if new
cases emerge on which we can verify. What do you think?
