Problem solved.
It was just vertio driver...
Upgrading to 0.1.189 solved everything.
I think https://wiki.freebsd.org/bhyve/Windows should be updated, or I
can post how to run Win Server 2019 on bhyve to one of FreeBSD forums.
By the way, how stable is Windows Server 2019 on bhyve?
