cara, tive esse mesmo problema... mas segui as instruções do handbook, e funcionou perfeitamente...
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/network-nfs.html sempre "mate" todos os daemons rpcbind, mountd, nfs antes de subi-los de novo...
