Intala o zabbix-frontend /usr/ports/net-mgmt/zabbix-frontend O Outro erro é por que não irá usar base de dados PostGreSQL, recomendo que a use e deixo o MySQL de lado, escolhe a base nas opções do port durante a configuração.
