Realmente, esse comando retornou o mesmo erro que o portaudit. Atualizei o openssl para a ultima versão disponível no ports (1.0.0_10), e instalei o sha-1.0.4. Mesmo assim, ele continuou dando o mesmo erro. Resolvi instalando na mão a ultima versão do Openssl, e alterando o arquivo do portaudit para usar essa ultima versão, ao invés da versão do ports.
