Yes, there were two t.ocean1 reports.  Sadly, you'd neglected to mention
that you are/were using trident tileset, not default amplio.  Made it
hard to reproduce....

The ancient bug had been fixed in trunk months ago.

Tested against all 5 tilesets.

3: Don't have graphics tags "" or "" for technology "None".

Still don't have graphics tags for "tech Nichts" -- I don't understand
how/why that's happening.  Thanks for (indirectly) confirming:

This is a new and different bug.  Is it related to your errors/warnings
in (PR#39400) 2.1 beta tolua doesn't compile on unspecified Linux platform?
