with reputation gone from freeciv, the Eiffel tower's role in the game is diminished as of the moment "Your reputation and goodwill among other nations is increased while you possess this wonder. Reputation is recovered twice as fast as it would otherwise. Requires the Steam Engine technology." i say lets make this wonder something similar to the colossus: "Each square around the city where this wonder is built that is already generating some trade produces one extra trade resource. Requires the Bronze Working technology. * The discovery of Flight will make Colossus obsolete." i think it would be ok if the wonder would produce 1 science for every 3 trades.
