IMPOV, the line breaks should always be prodecud by the app, not the
translator (or the coder).

In the GTK2 client, it is an annoyance, that some lines require you
horicontal scrolling in the message window (in 2.1, still in 2.2?). Of
course this depends on the screen width you have. Freeciv shouldn't require
more than 1024 pxs.
